My name is Sean, I’m 21 years old and Psychology is my favourite subject to study. Ever since I was young, i’ve always wanted to have a career that was devoted to helping others and putting smiles on peoples faces. Instead of playing video games that make me scream at the top of my lungs and want to break everything in my house I’ll be dedicating most of my free time to writing about all the mental illnesses and disorders I know of. If there’s an illness or disorder that is not on this website feel free to leave a comment of one you’d like me to write about.

I really want to help inform people who suffer from these disorders about techniques that can possibly help them out, how these disorders work to disrupt lives and where they come from. If you like what you see return on later dates to see if theres a disorder I’ve wrote about that you’d like to read.  My goal is to give people a better understanding of how these disorders work and the suffering it causes people in their daily lives. I want the people who actually suffer from them to be able to take something away from my posts and be able to implement it into their own lives and to hopefully live a little higher quality of life.
